This website describes services that Caboodle Property Solutions may be able to provide. Content is general information and does not create a service agreement, warranty, price, schedule or promise of availability.

Requests and estimates

Sending an inquiry does not book work or require either party to proceed. We may need photos, a call, a virtual walkthrough or a site visit before preparing an estimate. The actual scope, pricing, schedule, payment terms and service-specific conditions are the terms in the written estimate or agreement accepted by the customer.

Property and access information

You are responsible for providing accurate property information and identifying known access limits, hazards, material concerns and operating restrictions relevant to the requested work. Work may require owner, manager, resident or tenant coordination as described in the accepted estimate.

Site content

Site copy, graphics and photography are owned by or used with permission of Caboodle and its service family. You may use the site to review services and contact us, but may not copy or republish its content for commercial use without permission.
